Potential Luxury Honeymoon Destinations - Where, Oh Where Could You Be?

the maldives
A few weeks ago I finally had the guts to pop the big question to my girlfriend after 4 years of dating. And the good news is, she said yes! So as you can probably imagine, I am ecstatic. Wait, wait, wait...to say that I am ecstatic would be an understatement. I think the right word that can best describe how I feel would be "euphoric". Anyways, I am currently thinking about some potential holiday hot spots where me and my fiance could spend our honeymoon. I know, I know, we're not even married yet and I'm already thinking about the honeymoon. But hey, can you really blame me if I want to plan ahead?

Even my fiance thinks that I'm overdoing things a bit by planning for something that has yet toMykonos Blu come into fruition. But I told her that   I want everything to be all set once that big day arrives. So I've had a some good luxury honeymoon hot spots that I think would be perfect for me and my soon-to-be wife.

My Chosen Honeymoon Destinations

BoracaySo far, I'm planning to go to either the Maldives or Boracay Island in the Philippines. Both of these destinations are on the top of my list, but I know that there are probably other good spots out there. I've also heard about this great resort in Greece called Mykonos Blu. They say that this place tends to offer discounts of up to 40 percent at a time and the reviews that I've been reading about the place seem to be all positive.

Man, it's funny because I still have about 8 months to go before my wedding and here I am already thinking about our honeymoon getaway. What a strange and awesome life I live, wouldn't you agree?

  1. First off, I'd like to say congratulations on getting engaged. Now as far as your honeymoon destinations go, I think you should try to go to the Bahamas or Hawaii. Me and my husband have been to both places, and I tell ya, the scenery there is lovely. Great sunsets, too!

    1. Thanks so much! The Bahamas and Hawaii huh? I'll take that into consideration, but for now I'll try to see if my fiance will agree to either Boracay or the Maldives. Good day. :)
